SFC Umwelttechnik GmbH and the Laotian Ministry of Health have signed a Design-Build contract for wastewater and drinking water treatment with the C-MEM technology in Mittaphab hospital in Laos´ capital Vientiane.

Per day 165 m³ hospital wastewater and 198 m³ drinking water respectively will be treated there.

The membrane bioreactor MBR for wastewater treatment consists of 4 C-MEM modules with totally 256 cartridges, the water treatment plant of 6 modules with totally 60 cartridges.

Treatment of hospital wastewater in Laos' capital Vientiane:

  • 165 m³/d
  • 4 modules / 256 cartridges
