These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases of books made through The MBR Site or via PayPal. By placing an order, you agree to the following:
1.1. Orders will be processed once payment has been received in full through PayPal or on payment of our invoice.
1.2. Prices are listed in British Pounds Sterling and exclude VAT.
1.3. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable, listed in error or if the wrong regional postage has been selected by the buyer.
2.1. Where possible, we use Royal Mail second class or International Standard delivery for our postal deliveries, with the exception of bulk purchases which may be sent by an alternative delivery option of our choice. Please be patient awaiting deliveries as some countries require extra customs and import checks.
2.2. Postage is calculated from the UK to: UK only, Europe or Rest of World. Please select the correct postage region when ordering as we will reject without notice any orders where the postage region is incorrectly selected.
2.3. Orders are normally dispatched within five working days of payment.
2.4. Unless the book is faulty, postage is payable by the buyer for returns within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning the book to us. Note: please ensure your return includes the MBR xtras USB.
2.5. International Shipping: If you are ordering from outside the UK, your order may be subject to import duties, sales tax/VAT, handling fees or customs clearance fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are not included in the book price or shipping cost shown at checkout.
2.6. We are not responsible for delivery delays as these are beyond our control.
2.7. Bulk orders: Please contact us if you wish to buy multiple copies. We can then calculate postage costs and send you a bespoke invoice.
3.1. If your book arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, with a photograph of the damaged item, for a replacement or refund.
3.2. Returns must be sent back in their original condition and must include the MBR xtrasUSB.
3.3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received.
4.1. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt ('cooling-off period'), in line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

4.3. You must return the book at your own cost unless it is faulty.
5.1. Your personal data (name, email, address) is used only to process your order, payment, and delivery.

6.1. Progress with regard to knowledge, research and legal considerations means that best practices, technologies and protocols relating to MBRs change over time.
The author and publisher make no representation, express or implied, with regard to the accuracy of the information contained in the book What are MBRs and cannot accept any legal responsibility or liability for any efforts or omissions that may be made. This includes, but is not restricted to, any loss, damage, costs, or other consequences incurred by any persons or companies arising from the information contained in this book.
The user is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and suitability of any content for the user’s own purposes before acting on it.
6.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or events beyond our control.
6.3. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the book.
7.1. The digital tools (the USB of additional material known as MBR xtras) are provided for education and information purposes only and without warranty.
The author and publisher accept no responsibility or liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on its contents.
7.2. All digital files on MBR xtras are used at your own risk. Outputs - including spreadsheet outputs - must not be relied upon for design calculation purposes.
7.3. The digital spreadsheet tools were developed using Microsoft Office Excel.
7.4. The author is unable to provide technical support.
8.1. We cannot accept orders from the following countries:

9.2. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
