MBR technology & applications

Proprietary MBR products and systems:

  • MFM with flat sheet membrane technology
  • EcoVolt® MBR

Market applications:

  • Food and beverage

EcoVolt® MBR is a polishing process that removes over 99% of pollutants and solids, enabling water re-use on site. The EcoVolt MBR specifically serves the food and beverage industries.

The containerized system leverages new aeration technology with proprietary automation. For breweries, wineries, and other producers with low volume or concentration of wastewater, the EcoVolt MBR is a highly efficient stand-alone solution that cleans water for onsite reuse or sewer discharge.

The system can also be coupled seamlessly with Cambrian’s EcoVolt Reactor, using renewable methane generated by the Reactor to power the treatment train, resulting in the most energy efficient design on the market. The MBR systems can be stacked for space-efficiency, remotely controlled and flexibly expanded.
