About RisingSun FMBR
RisingSun's flat sheet MBR Membranes are PVDF with a PET non-woven support layer, which has better chemical stability, fouling resistance and mechanical strength. With advanced membrane fabrication technology, the nominal pore size is 0.1 microns with a very narrow pore size distribution. RisingSun membrane elements with a 0.8m2 or a 1.6m2. The mortise and tenon structure is used in the support plate to get a more stable spacing without side panels. The support plate can be installed from top or one side without the limits of the construction site conditions.
Membrane area is joined to our membrane module. These modules are composed of 50 to 200 membrane elements; both single deck & double deck are acceptable.
