Blue Foot Membranes NV announces capital increase

VITO, Qbic II, LRM and Innovation Fund are to invest additional equity to the sum of 2.8 million Euro into Blue Foot Membranes NV. The proceeds will be used to accelerate international growth and expand the company's production facility in Lommel, Belgium.

With the additional production capacity, we can further supply municipalities, industrial customers, original equipment manufacturers and engineering companies around the world with state-of-the-art IPC® membranes.'

Blue Foot Membranes NV (BFM) is a VITO spin off supported by Belgian investors Qbic II, LRM and Innovation Fund, which produces and commercializes the world’s first high pressure back pulsable PVDF flat sheet membranes.
